Family Must Eat what you Buy Immediately
Reading this site and buying the real foods is not enough. After buying them you must immediately go home, rinse and eat them. Do not put them into a storage part of the refrigerator right away. After buying them, do not go to a restaurant or a movie etc. Go home, rinse and eat.
In the weeks to come I shall show you ways to entertain and educate yourselves by discovering how a real plant food grows – where it comes from (tree, ground etc). You and your children will then eat and educate. You will be pleased by learning. You will break out of the low light of ignorance and leap into the brilliant light of knowledge and health.
Start to learn this right now via internet or books. Challenge your family by asking them questions randomly about foods: where does a certain real plant comes from (tree, ground etc)? What is its growing cycle? Does it have a shell or not? Why do plants change color as they ripen? What plants come from the rain forests? Can you buy those rain forest plants? (Yes you can). Learn how you can participate in protecting the rain forests, as well as the ecology in your own country. Make your family dining experiences a way to help your Humanity as well as make yourselves healthier.
